Recipe Spotlight: Avocado Shake

Excerpt from "Jamu Lifestyle," by JUARA Co-Founder Metta in her book behind the inspiration for JUARA:
I grew up associating an avocado with a drink, it was that filling beverage that could also serve as a dessert for moments where I wanted something comforting, soothing, nutritious, and rich, yet not as unhealthy as a milkshake. Occasionally I would make this at home in the U.S. when I had both the munchies and a sweet tooth. The avocado satiated cravings with its healthy fats and rich, creamy texture.
