• Products may be returned unopened within 30 days for a full refund less shipping.
• To qualify you must obtain an RMA# and return your item(s) within 30 days of receipt of your order. Returns will not qualify for credit without an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number).
Return Procedure: Request to obtain your RMA# within 30 days of receipt of your order via phone by calling us at 212-228-9601, Monday – Friday 10am - 6pm EST or by sending an e-mail to questions@juaraskincare.com. Please include the following information:
- Order or Invoice #
- Full Name of the customer of the product
- Email address of the customer
- Product(s) being returned
- Reason for return
• All parts, pieces and printed materials must be in their original packaging.
• Please include a copy of your invoice and RMA# with your return.
• Use a trackable and/or insured shipping method as JUARA cannot be responsible for lost return shipments.
• Returns will be processed within 5 business days of receipt and a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
