Privacy Policy:
We respect your privacy. None of your personal information will be
shared with any third parties and will be used solely for your
transactions with JUARA. Your emails will only be used for JUARA
announcements, and will never be shared with a third party.
Ordering & Shipping Policy: Most
purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Massachusetts via USPS or
UPS, unless selected otherwise at checkout. Orders require
approximately 1-2 business days to process before being shipped from
the warehouse. Orders requesting rush ship options such as
Overnight/Next Day Air or Second Day Air are subject to the same
order processing times.
International Orders:
We ship orders within
the USA (including Alaska & Hawaii) and Canada only. All
purchasers will be responsible for import taxes and other associated
charges. For orders to other countries, we recommend you purchase
from our highly recommended and respected online retail partners who
have extremely reasonable international shipping
rates: www.skinstore.com, www.dermstore.com.
Out of Stock Items: We truly apologize for
this inconvenience, but JUARA does not allow for orders of items out
of stock. However, we will give you the option of being notified when
the product is back in stock for your purchase and enjoyment. Should
you have any questions about any particular item and when it will be
back in stock, please contact questions@juaraskincare.com,
or call 212-228-9601.
Credit Card Security:
Ordering
from JUARA online is safe and secure. Once you click on "Submit
Order," you are on a secure server that uses Secure Socket Layer
(SSL) advanced encryption technology. Your credit card information is
encrypted when it is transmitted to us and is stored in a secure
environment. SSL makes it virtually impossible for unauthorized
parties to read any of the information you send us via the secure
server. Your credit card information is never used except to issue
refunds and charges for orders placed on our website. For security
reasons, we do not keep permanent records of your credit card
information on file, so on rare occasions, it may be necessary for us
to ask you for your credit card information again, to process refunds
or adjustments. In this case, one of our Customer Service
representatives will contact you directly regarding your order.

JUARA Points Terms &
Conditions
Rules:
1 point will be given
for each dollar spent on JUARA merchandise, excluding shipping,
handling, and taxes, and after discounts applied.
For every $150 spent
per customer account, a $15 Gift Certificates, also known as Reward
Vouchers, will be emailed to the customer at the email address
assigned by the customer in the customer profile. Gift certificates
are transferable, but cannot be redeemable for cash. These Gift
Certificates (aka Reward Vouchers) will expire 1 year from the date
of issue.
Returned orders
affecting Points:
For returns, the number
of points to be reduced will match the dollar amount of merchandise
to be refunded. Should the reduction of points reduce the total to
under 150 points for the customer, the $15 Gift Certificate will be
annulled until 150 points is accumulated on a future purchase. If the
Gift Certificate was redeemed before a return which will reduce
points to below 150 points, $15 will be removed from the amount to be
refunded.
Eligibility:
Only customers with a
valid JUARA account and email address will be eligible to collect
points whether the order is placed online or over the phone.
Customers with no valid email address or who refuse to create an
account are not currently eligible to collect JUARA Points at the
moment.
JUARA Gift
Certificates: Gift Certificates are transferable but cannot be
redeemable for cash. Gift Certificates will be issued via email, and
can only be redeemed online, or over the phone. JUARA Gift
Certificates can only be redeemed on www.juaraskincare.com.
Gift certificates may only be used once.
Free Gift With
Purchase Promotions: JUARA will occasionally run special
promotions which include a gift with purchase (with terms and
conditions.) Should a free gift run out of stock or not be available
for the entire duration of the promotion at any time, JUARA reserves
the right to alter the dates for which the promotion is valid, or
substitute the gift with something of similar value, as determined by
JUARA.
